Dog daycares and dog walkers
Ok, yes! We will start with ourselves! What can a dog walker or daycare provider do for you and your pet during this time?
As there is no evidence of pets being transmitters of this virus, it is feasible for them to carry on in their usual daycare or walking routine provided there is sufficient cleanliness and hand washing – which in this industry is a given! We pick up faeces for a living after all!
Some, including ourselves, have put extra stringent precautions in place which allow our walkers to safely come and collect your dog even if you are self isolating or feeling unwell. Your dog does not have to stay indoors all day even though you are. They can enjoy their usual routine and walks.
Even if you are working from home, we generally still walk dogs from those working from home as they realise a tired dog is easier to work around! Home working can be easier said then done so get that pupster out and tuckered with his pals
For those in the healthcare sector, you may be finding yourself working overtime and finding it hard to look after your pooch. A daycare that provides pick up and drop off such as ScenterBarks of a boarder as below may be the solution you are looking for!
Our health is number one priority right now, this virus is spreading globally very quickly. In reality, most of us will contract the virus and recover ok. But what if you are unwell or even worse, hospitalised! If you don’t have friends and family around then you are going to need an amazing dog boarder or kennel!
As they have had a lot of cancellations with travel grinding to a halt they have availability so why not line one up just in case?
