- 450g self-raising flour
- 3 eggs
- Milk (ideally lactose-free) or water

Begin by cracking the eggs into a measuring jug. To this, add an equal volume of milk or water. Give it a good whisk to create a smooth mixture.

Next, it's time to work with the star ingredient – liver! Blend the liver in a food processor until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Now, combine the liver mixture, the egg and milk (or water) mixture, and the self-raising flour in the food processor. Blend everything together until you get a sponge-like consistency.
