Founded by a pair of passionate dog care entrepreneurs, ScenterBarks set out with a clear mission: to create a nurturing space where dogs can thrive, exercise, and enjoy companionship while their owners are at work or busy. Over the past decade, the daycare has become a haven for dogs of all shapes and sizes, offering services such as daycare, dog walks, enrichment activities, and even special events like Santa and his sleigh visiting, summer fetes, dog first aid courses and Easter egg hunts.

“We’re so proud to have reached this milestone,” said ScenterBarks co-founder Nikki Roberts. “What started as a small idea in the pub that no one is our area was yet doing; has grown into something we’d only imagined. It’s been such a joy to see dogs flourish here, and the support from our community has been incredible.”

“We’re excited about the next chapter,” said Lucy. “The past ten years have been wonderful, and we’re looking forward to continuing to provide top-notch care and to growing alongside our amazing community.”

As part of their anniversary celebration, ScenterBarks is hosting a birthday party to thank their clients and the wider community for their ongoing support. The event will include cake for human and dogs, a glass to toast a decade of success and some activities for the dogs to take part in.
